How do I preserve product freshness?
To preserve product freshness ensure that your hands are clean and dry before applying. This helps to eliminate contamination and ensures product freshness.
Can one Frosting Fizzie be used for multiple baths?
Our Frosting Fizzies are designed for a single bath use only. Drop a Frosting Fizzie into your warm bath and watch it dissolve.
My Body Butter Frosting has melted, what is the best solution?
It is really important to store your Body Butter Frosting at room temperature for optimum results. If your product has melted you can:
-Leave it out at room temperature and it will return to its natural consistency.
-Or for rapid results make sure lid is securely placed on to jar and refrigerate for 30 to 40 min.
Can expectant mothers use your products?
We list all of our product ingredients on our website as well as on our package inserts. At The Frosting Company we believe in using pure and all natural ingredients. We highly suggest expectant mothers to consulting their physician before changing their skincare routine.
Are your products gluten free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten free.
Do your products contain artificial preservatives?
We are proud to say that we do not use artificial preservatives.
Do your products contain any parabens, sulfates or phthalates?
We are proud to say that are products are free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates.
Do you test your products on animals and do you use animal based ingredients in your products.
We do not test any of our products on animals. All of our products are derived from natural plant based ingredients. Our Frosting Pops do contain beeswax.
Do all of your products contain almonds?
Our Frosting Pops are free of almonds.
What carrier do you use to ship your products?
All of our products are shipped via the USPS Priority Mail.
Do you accept International orders?
We currently ship order within The United States.
Does The Frosting Company offer special gift packages?
Yes, we do offer special gift packages. Please contact us here and we will be happy to accommodate.
